RETURN POLICY

Dear customer,

P. Anchor's goal is to have fully satisfied Customers in terms of purchasing experience and quality of the products received. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you received, you can return them within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the items by sending the return form filled in with all the details, which you will find inside the package, but also through the page.
Our customer service department will inform you immediately and the process will follow.

The right of return only applies to the customer who made the purchase.
Changes are not allowed at partner points of sale  if the purchase has been made via e-shop.

PRODUCT RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT

To return a product and receive store credit, please follow these steps:

 Return the product in its original condition, including the return form, and ensure that it is securely packaged. If you are returning a candle, ensure it is wrapped in the protective wrapping. (We are not responsible for damage if the protective wrapping is missing.)

- You can send the product back at no cost (for the first return) using **HAPPY COURIER**.  You can either: 
  •  Call a courier to pick it up from your location, 
  • Drop it off at the nearest **BOX NOW** station. We will send you a barcode via email for easy return.

Store Credit Issuance:

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions (see below). After the inspection, store credit equal to the value of the returned product will be issued to your account. This credit can be used for any future purchases on our e-shop.

Return Conditions
Clothing: The item must be in its original condition:
- Not washed or worn (other than to try it on).
- Not damaged or torn.
- The original tags must be attached. (There may be an additional charge if the tags are missing.)
- Pack the item in the original packaging you received it in.

Candles: The candle must be:
- Unused and in perfect condition.
- Free of scratches, cracks, or any other damage.

Additional Information

  • Store credit does not expire and can be used for any future purchases.
  •  Shipping for the first return is free. For subsequent returns, you will be responsible for shipping costs




METHOD OF REFUND

After P. Anchor warehouse has received and checked that all product requirements and return modalities are respected, we will send you an email confirming the acceptance of the return. 
The refund will be issued by P. Anchor by crediting the credit card, depending on the payment method used by the customer during the purchase.
If the purchase was completed with a credit or debit card, the time required for the refund to appear depends on the card issuer.
* Shipping costs, which are indicated in the Order Confirmation, will be paid for by the customer.
